Wearing vintage clothing is much more than adhering to a certain style. It's about wearing a piece of clothing that's lived a thousand stories and gone through places we don't even dream of. It's about to reusing quality materials, preventing from being forgotten at the bottom of drawer and stopping an irresponsible textile industry.
Most of our vintage clothes come from Spain, England, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy. But that doesn't mean they were manufactured in those countries! We have clothes that were made in the United States and in countries as far flung as Guatemala and Korea. As we explained, all these products have lived a thousand stories and we hope that they will continue their journey.
Yes, the clothes have been washed. All clothes that reach us are sanitized according to European Union standards. Even so, when we get them, we wash them again!
The majority of vintage clothes have signs of wear. But you have to see them as scars from the trips they've made! Otherwise, vintage might not be for you.
When we receive the clothes, we carefully check what state they are in and fix them if possible. If by chance there is something that the precious hands of our seamstresses cannot fix, we'll let you know in the product description.
Yes and no. When we buy clothes, it is not always possible to check them piece by piece. So sometimes we get pieces of clothing that aren't exactly what we're looking for. But since we're against waste, we put those pieces up on our outlet section so that maybe someone can reuse or upcycle them. When we notice defects, you'll find it in the product description.
How do you know if yellow is for boys or girls? At Wannabe we don't think of our clothes that way. Choose the right size and don't worry about the rest.
However, due to the feedback we have received in recent years, we decided to differentiate unisex shirts from blouses with "feminine" traits, such as a curved waist. For this reason, we now have two categories: Shirts and Women's Blouses.
We recommend that you compare the measurements we provide in the product description with a piece of clothing that you own! But if you don't have a measuring tape, use this vintage size chart to get an idea.

You may not have entered your mobile phone number at the shipping address, or you use a banking app and not MBWay itself. Either way, you can finalize the payment by transferring the amount, with the order number, to the 914735030. We will then manually mark the order as paid.
You have 48 hours to complete the payment. After that, the order is cancelled and the products become available again.
This means that we receive the order and that the products are reserved for you. If you did not receive an email with the payment details, send us an email to email@example.com or Whatsapp to 914735030 and we'll provide another payment method.
In other cases, because the product are unique, they may have been bought by someone else just before you!
Shopify, which is the platform we use, is designed for instant payment methods (Credit Card). When you choose to pay by ATM or MBWay, sometimes there are communication failures between these payment platforms and the website and the customer ends up not receiving the payment confirmation email. But if you've already paid, you can rest assured!
We always receive a payment notification and within 1 or 2 business days we will send you a shipping email. If this does not happen, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to confirm that we have indeed received payment.

The order is sent by CTT Express 48H, with 1 attempt at delivery at home. If it is not possible to deliver it in person, the postmen leave a notification in the mailbox indicating the CTT station where the order can be picked up. You have 6 business days to make the pick-up, or the order is returned to us.
All orders have a tracking number.
Shipping is made by CTT Expresso 48H, which takes 2 business days. Normally, it takes up to 1 business day to process the order. Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. are usually shipped on the same day.
CTT will send you an SMS or email with a tracking code like "DB466743299PT" and a notification when it's out for delivery. You can also use this tracking number to search the CTT website and change your delivery address.
If you have not received any notification from CTT, please contact us to confirm your tracking.
When you exceed 50€, we offer postage in CTT Expresso 48H.
Returns and Refunds
yes! You can return it if it doesn't fit, if you don't like it or if you find a defect that we missed.
We have a 14 day return policy but we only accept returns of products that are in the same condition.
Please contact us to explain the reason for return and to ask for a refund. However, to reduce environmental impact of shipping, we would prefer that you carefully read the description of the products: we try to make them as detailed as possible and always include the measurements. As a rule, we do not refund shipping costs, only the value of the products.
